Restore Purchase

Apple should automatically recognise your subscription when you launch the Plane Finder app. If this doesn't happen, you can manually restore your purchase.


How to restore your purchase:

  1. Launch Plane Finder app
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Sign In top right
  4. Tap Restore Purchase at the bottom of the screen




Expired Subscription

If restoring your purchase doesn't work, it's possible your subscription may have expired.


How to check your account status:

  1. Launch Plane Finder app
  2. Tap Settings, then scroll down to the Premium section


Depending on the state of your subscription you will either see:

  • Your Name: Subscription is active
  • Renew Premium: Subscription has expired
